Booking and Reservations
- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability.
- Reservation Security: A 50% reservation fee is required to secure a reservation. Deposit details will be provided upon booking.
- Changes to Reservations: Changes to reservations are permitted with advance notice, subject to
availability. It is best to communicate any modifications promptly to make the desired adjustments.
Rental Period
- Standard Duration: The standard rental period is strictly less than 24 hours unless booked for multiple days.
- Start and End Times: The rental period commences and concludes at the specified dates and times.
- Late Returns Policy: Late returns may result in additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made. It is important to adhere to the agreed-upon return time to avoid any unexpected fees.
Rental Items
- Ownership and Condition: All items remain the property of Events Rental Hub. Items are delivered in
good and presentable condition, and customers are expected to return them in the same state.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is entrusted with the proper care and safekeeping of the rented items for the entire rental period.
- Damage or Loss Charges: Any damage or loss of rented items during the rental period will incur additional charges. The extent of charges, based on the nature of the damage or the value of the lost item, will be communicated promptly after the return of the rented items. Customers will be notified and provided with a clear breakdown of the charges assessed.
Equipment Setup and Breakdown
- Responsibility for Setup and Breakdown: Events Rental Hub is not responsible for the setup of rental
equipment by default unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- Fees for Setup and Breakdown:
- Both setup and breakdown services are available upon request.
- Additional fees apply for these services.
- Details regarding the fees will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process,
ensuring transparency and allowing customers to make informed decisions based on their specific
event needs.
Cancellations
- 7-day Notice: Cancellations made 7 days before the event are only eligible for a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 7 days before the event, the reservation fee is not refundable.
Delivery and Pickup
- Fees Based on Location and Requirements: Charges for delivery and pickup services are determined by the event location and specific requirements.
